You can search for SNPs by selecting a chromsome region or a region flanking a gene. In the output table, the first column SNP_ID is the SNP ID;the second column Chrom is the chrosome on which the SNP is located;the third column Pos is the position of SNP on the chromosome;the forth column Ref is the allele sequence in the reference genome (Zunla);the fifth column Alt is the alternative allele sequence for the SNP;the sixth column Major_Allele is the major allele of the SNP in the sequenced population;the seventh column Minor_Allele is the minor allele of the SNP in the sequenced population;the eight column Major_AF is the major allele frequency in the sequenced population;the ninth column Minor_AF is the minor allele frequency in the sequenced population; the tenth colum Miss_Rate is the missing rate of the allele in the sequenced population;the eleventh column Effect is the potential effect of the SNP on its nearby gene;the last column Gene is the id of the nearby gene
